The notoriously indecisive lovers got their relationship back on track in January after two previous splits.

But according to In Touch magazine, screen siren Kate has ended the latest fling because of her own “inability to commit”.It comes after speculation that the actors, who got together during filming You, Me and Dupree in 2006, were getting ready to tie the knot.

“Owen wants to get married and he proposed to Kate soon after they got back together,” a source told the magazine.

Actress Kate Hudson and actor Owen Wilson's on-off romance has finally come to an end after the former turned down the latter's marriage proposal.

The pair originally dated in 2006 after starring in "You, Me and Dupree" together, but split in 2007. They reunited again earlier this year.But according to In Touch Weekly their relationship is over again...again.

Kate and Owen have reportedly called it quits again, but this time it's for good! Or so we hear.

Owen Willson want to give a right shape of there relationship but Kate hudson is not ready for that.As a result they have decided to end their relationship after Hudson turned down Wilson's marriage proposal.
